Our Services

Westown Labs provides mobile games and related online services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice.

Your Account

You may use our Services without creating a traditional account. Your device generates a unique identifier that serves as your identity. If you link a Google account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal purpose
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Submit offensive, obscene, or harmful content through drawings, prompts, or display names
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer our Services
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with our Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers

We reserve the right to suspend or ban users who violate these terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (drawings, prompts, display names). By submitting content through our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store that content for the purpose of operating the Services.

We may remove any content that violates these terms or that we determine is harmful to the community.

Intellectual Property

The Westown Labs name, logos, game designs, and software are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or branding without written permission.

Advertising

Our games may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These networks may collect data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability
