Westown Labs ("we", "us", "our") operates mobile games and related services. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information across our products.

We collect the minimum information needed to provide our services:
- Device identifier — a unique ID generated by your device, used to associate your profile across sessions.
- Display name and avatar — chosen by you, visible to other players in your games and rooms.
- Game data — drawings, votes, scores, and room activity generated during gameplay.
- Analytics events — anonymous usage data (app launches, feature usage) collected via Firebase Analytics to improve our products.
- Crash reports — automatic error reports via Firebase Crashlytics to help us fix bugs.
Optional Information
- Google account — if you choose to link a Google account for cross-device access, we store your Google user ID and email. We do not access your contacts, photos, or other Google data.
- Push notification token — if you enable notifications, we store your device's push token to send game-related alerts.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the game experience
- To display your name and avatar to other players
- To persist your game history, rooms, and scores
- To improve our products through aggregated analytics
- To diagnose and fix technical issues
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect data according to their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics)
- Google AdMob (advertising)
- Google Cloud Platform (hosting and storage)
Data Retention
Game data (drawings, votes, round results) is retained for 90 days. User profiles are retained until you delete your account. You can delete your account at any time from the profile screen in the app, which permanently removes all associated data.
Children's Privacy
Our games are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your Rights
You can:
- View your profile data in the app at any time
- Update your display name and avatar
- Delete your account and all associated data from the profile screen
- Contact us to request a copy of your data

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
